Photos need to be updated to reflect the current look but the stay was good , outside of the water getting cold fast when you have a large party of people. But the house and area was great aside from the maintenance the owner should look into.

Hairs in bathtub, no hand soap, crumpled up washcloth (used) in a drawer. Cleaning crew wasn't coming until next day. We did not stay the night and did not return. No refund received except vrbo fee

We take cleanliness seriously and have consistently maintained strong reviews over the years. In this case, the guest chose to leave shortly after arrival and did not stay the night. We immediately offered to send our cleaning team to address the concern, but the guest declined. Photos were provided to VRBO and reviewed as part of their process, and no issues warranting a refund were found. The only item mentioned was a washcloth in a drawer, which could have been resolved right away had we been given the opportunity. All refund requests are handled in accordance with VRBO policies, which were followed in this case.

The only negatives were the location but we were not bothered so that was great and the initial opening of the door the unlocking process takes a little wiggling but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing. Nigba was a great host answered all concerns within minutes, sometimes seconds! wet beautiful house.
