Arco is located in the heart of Garda Trentino. On one side Arco overlooks Lake Garda, on the other it is protected by the mountains. It is renowned as a place of rest and treatment, thanks to the mild climate, clean and healthy air and a panoramic position on the lake.

Pratosaiano is a small fraction of Arco, located 1.5 km from the historic center. The residence is surrounded by a private fenced park and swimming pool. Ideal for families, sportsmen, and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

The residence is immersed in the greenery of a private park (17,000 m2). The park is fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, you will be provided with a remote control to enter and park your cars. Inside there is a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful path for your walks. The residence consists of 5 apartments, each apartment has an independent entrance. Pets are allowed only with specific request.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Barbara is a very friendly host, rooms were spacey and provided excellent privacy. Big and refreshing pool. Barbara's excellent tips for sports activities as well as dining out in the evening were highly appreciated.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war schön, umringt von Bäumen, mitten in Weinbergen und Äpfelbäumen. Ein Auto (oder Fahrrad) ist notwendig, aber man ist unweit von Arco und Riva.

Gute Lage für viele Klettergärten. Haus und Umgebung (mit Pool und Grill 😉) sauber und stilvoll. Nette Vermieter! Uns ist das Parken vom Auto wichtig, genügend Platz auf umzäuntem Grundstück. Gerne wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren mit unserer 5 köpfigen Familie für 4 Tage zu Gast und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und das Apartment sehr sauber und vor allem groß genug für uns. Die nächste Stadt ist mit dem Auto in wenigen zu erreichen.

Magnifique endroit

Appartement charmant dans une belle propriété avec grand jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné de bons conseils de visites et activités.
