Coastal Breeze is a newly remodeled and updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom beach home just a short walk from the beach in Surfside, TX. The front deck has excellent views of the coast with a shaded dining table to enjoy the views as you relax. Upper observation deck opens up even more expansive views of the island and bay. There is also a picnic table with charcoal grill, semi-enclosed shower and double swing downstairs in the shade of the house.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set AC to 78 degrees
Please put used towels by washer. Housekeeper will strip beds and wash all linens after checkout.
Please load and run dishwasher if needed. Housekeeper will empty it after checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets may not be left unattended. Please leave no trace in house or yard.
