Stretch out in the main living area where vaulted ceilings soar and large windows invite in forest and mountain views. Did Not Meet Expectations
The size, we only had 13 people and it says sleeps 21. There is no way you could comfortably accommodate that many people. Would of been nice to have use of the hot tub that was covered in snow

Deep clean needed
This property has the potential to be a lovely getaway. However the following items need to be addressed: - overall cleanliness. We found dirty tissues in the bed and under the counter in the master bath. Left over soap scum was in the shower from previous renter. Mouse ran through the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets and knobs are very sticky. Dead mosquito found in bed. Pipe for marijuana left on back steps. Clutter everywhere. - electrical problems: the outlets in the kitchen do not work. To address this the owner has the fridge and other appliances plugged into extension cords. A member of our party accidentally unplugged the fridge because the extension cord went from the fridge, around the corner, and up a half flight of stairs. We did not realize the fridge was unplugged for about ~24 hrs and are lucky our food didn’t spoil. - Wi-Fi: there was a location wide WiFi outage while we were there. This was problematic since the house does not have cell service and we relied on wifi to make calls and work. The property manager was very responsive- I know this because I had to call or email every day of our stay with a new problem. It also appears the owner may have a cat. A member of our party had an allergic reaction to the cat dander in the basement. I hate to leave a bad review and if these problems can be addressed it would be a great stay. There are many homes in this area and I recommend renting a different house.

Amazing Property, Poor Maintence
This place is better in person than the pictures can display, we had a group of 20 and the space was so good for the group. With that said, the various inconveniences we had tarnished our stay. The main problem was consistent hot water, we had 20 bodies and no hot water our first night. I contacted the property management company and they said that they would try to get someone to come the next day to address the issue. I thought, "one night is something we can deal with, it's not the end of the world." The next morning I get a call from the property owner and explained that they had their water heater fixed for this very issue and apologized. Since the water heater was electric, the fix was an easy unplugging and replugging of the outlet. But within an hour or so, the hot water stopped again. This issue continued throughout our stay I had to unplug and replug the water heater every other hour just so we can have hot water. In addition, there were several outlets that were not working, the floors were riddled with animal hair, the master bedroom's bathroom had a used towel hanging on a hook, and the trundle bed sheets were filthy. So when I went to take it to the washer I was shocked to see the machine filled with clothes. So I had to remove all the unknown persons' clothes just so we can use the washer. The property management site claims that its properties are all professionally cleaned, our stay left me with doubts. If I were to ignore all the inconveniences we had, the property is honestly amazing. Large windows in the living that fills the place with natural sunlight and allows you to gaze upon the green beauty of the mountains. The kitchen has EVERYTHING that you need. And there are loads of games and activities for teens and kids to enjoy. If all my grievances mentioned above are corrected, I would stay again.
