The guest house is spacious, bright & conveniently located making it perfect for a family vacation, getaway, long term stays or work. Enjoy the several sandy beaches within a short drive, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 12 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and downtown, 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Tri-rail train station or Brightline station which can take you all the way down to Miami and Orlando.

This unit has a full bathroom, Master BR has a walk-in closet with a Queen bed, the 2nd BR has 2 twin beds upstairs and downstairs it has the kitchen living room/Dining room with a half bathroom. Large parking space big enough for a boat or trailer.

The neighborhood is very safe, property is fully fenced all around the lot, I had multiple guests that stayed at my Airbnbs in this property, they loved the location as it is close to all places that they wanted to visit.

overall this is the best place we have ever stayed

Nice and Easy

The place was nice and clean. It was a very simple set up which was nice. It was quiet and we had a nice place to park and for the little one to play outside. Andres was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Perfect location for my business trip

Definitely will use this property again for my business trips. I’m down a few times a year in this area and the location is perfect. The size is perfect. The amenities are perfect great people to work with have everything you need in there and it’s close to the beach great restaurants and shopping.

Close to events. Easy to grab an Uber. Communication with owner was ok, check in details were not given until check in time, causing some stress in travel. House clean, needs a few upgrades but overall good

The house is centrally located in West Palm Beach which is very convenience to all types of guests. I hosted people like nurses or other professionals that came for work purposes, business people that came to seminars or other trade shows, tourist people just on vacation checking out all the attractions around West palm Beach. Divers and fishers they like the area as they are close to multiple spots to go do those activities. Students have stayed as well for internships for companies close by and to check out the area. If you are looking to have a lot of options during your stay this is the perfect vacation/business home for you.

What makes this property unique

The house is located in Mangonia Park city which is centrally located in West Palm Beach, you will be within minutes of many hot visited places. Juno beach or Riviera beach has free public parking, I like those 2 beaches to go to and relax. West palm beach downtown there is a lot of nightlife and restaurants all within 10 to 15 minutes from the house. Palm beach outlet mall is about 10 minutes from the house so there are a lot of options to shop and dine.
