There are tables for board games, designated office area with Fax and copier, soft water system, osmosis water system, washer and dryer, BBQ,HOT TUB, SAUNA, mini gym,fireplace,MASSAGE CHAIR, charging stations and TV with LOTS of stations. Awesome location, easy to find and travel to this one level from parking to one level home with plenty of room
