Discover this charming family residence in the idyllic rural community of Maishofen, a perfect retreat for couples or small families. The cosy 40 square metre apartment offers space for up to 4 people and promises an unforgettable holiday experience.



The heart of the accommodation is an inviting bedroom with a practical layout: a double bed for parents and a bunk bed for children. The bathroom was recently renovated and offers a spacious walk-in shower as well as a washbasin and toilet.



The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. With a fridge, coffee machine, oven, crockery and kettle, you have everything the family heart desires. A modern TV set with German and English channels provides entertainment.



The 15 square metre terrace is the perfect place to let the day fade away. With garden furniture, you can enjoy the peaceful landscape. Electric radiators also guarantee pleasant warmth even in cooler months.



A free car park directly at the building and Wi-Fi round off the offer. Please note that pets and youth groups are not permitted.

Maishofen is a quiet spot in Salzburg Land, not far from Zell am See and Saalfelden. The place is located in the Pinzgau grass mountains and offers varied holiday opportunities in the midst of the mountains, both in summer and winter. Many excursion destinations in the surrounding area can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

L’appartement est petit mais bien agencé est tout à fait adapté pour 4 personnes. L’équipement est bon pour cuisiner et manger. La literie est de bonne qualité. Il est proche de Zell am see, des commerces à 1km boulangerie et petit supermarché. Le bord du lac est à 5 min en voiture. Le site internet du loueur est bien fait beaucoup d’informations

Gemütliches Appartement in guter Lage

Ein sehr sauberes und gemütliches Appartement, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat eine Klasse Lage, Spielplatz, Bäcker, Apotheke und Supermarkt sind in ca. 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es sehr weiter empfehlen. zwei Anmerkungen: Nach einer langen und mühsamen COVID Zeit ist das alles etwas verständlich: a.) Kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox ... musste mit Famile über 30min warten - speziel mit kleiner Tochter eher unlustig. b.) Internet geht nicht. Ansonsten - alles bestens - jederzeit gerne wieder
