Casa Las Maria is a complex of 4 completely independent apartments, each apartment allowing up to four people consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room which has a full size futon. a super quiet and cozy place for the enjoyment and peace of all our guests we are 3 minutes from the ferry by car and nearby beaches and 10 minutes from the airport our interest is that you spend a vacation in the most welcoming place on our island the most beautiful in the world.

Host Wouldn't Acknowledge VRBO Reservation

This property was listed on both VRBO and another company. I reserved on VRBO. Host failed to respond to emails. I called from the property, called the Host to request the lock box code, only to be told that I did not have a reservation. I told her it was through VRBO and she said she doesn't use it anymore and told me to go the other company's website to find my reservation and then tell her how to find the reservation on the other site so she would then give me the code to the lock box. After much discussion she did not understand that the home is still listed on VRBO and reservations are being accepted. She then hung up on me. I had to find accommodations on a very small island the day after Christmas.This was the 2nd VRBO Host who screwed up my reservation for the same dates.VRBO needs to improve the vetting of hosts where English is a 2nd language and do not understand how to use apps.
