About this property

3 bedroom one level home located in Montego Bay, off of 135th street and Peachtre Rd. Large, open floor plan in well maintained home! Home is direct canal front with private pier, boat lift and jet ski lift! Take a look at the boat lift photo - it is for a pontoon boat, no deep V hulls. No need to rent an expensive slip anywhere, you can park your toys here! Nice, large enclosed porch and open decks on canal! Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2nd room has one queen, 3rd has a set of bunks and a full size bed so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. Close to restaurants, shopping. Community has 2 swimming pools and tennis courts.

Linens are not included in this unit but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $159.00. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach. The screened in porch and the deck that overlooked the bay was wonderful. Some cleaning issues and worn furniture. The property manager was very helpful and kind. I would stay again.

Awesome Vacation

Loved the location of this property. Right on canal to kayak, quiet streets for kids to ride bikes. Oyster pool has a mini golf course. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great location, great property

Property check-in was seamless. Plenty of room for our 8 guests. Clean and comfortable. 2 of the couches had broken arms, but were still comfortable. Plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Will stay again.
