About this property

This unique place has a style all its own. This brand new home features 3 en-suites, 3 covered porches, outdoor kitchen, laundry room and new furniture. Only a couple blocks to the beach access and all the beautiful sand and surf Atlantic Beach has to offer. It is close to Beaufort, Morehead City and Cape Lookout. There is ample parking for guest. The home provides plenty of room for people to have space and not be crowded.

Weekend for a wedding

Three couples stayed at this home, and it was perfect. The bedrooms all had private bathrooms and were on opposite ends of the home which made things very private when needed. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and the host supplied all linen and there were even toiletries which was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend renting this for your vacation and If I travel back to Atlantic Beach, I will definitely look to rent this home again.

Outstanding vacation

This is our third time renting a property from Kim for my daughter's summer camp pick up. A brand new house located just two blocks away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, with extremely comfortable mattresses! Thank you, Kim. We will be back next summer.

Nice Getaway

Very nice home. .25 mile walk to beach. Water was warm and clear and not crowded. Views of bay and ocean from decks and bedrooms. Very clean. Two issues were states queen beds when they are full and they are extremely firm beds.
