HORRIBLE

RENTER CANCELLED ON US AT THE LAST MINUTE. SHE SWITCHED THE PROPERTY TO ONE THAT WE DID NOT CONTRACT FOR. WE ARE ABSOLUTELY UPSET AND ARE SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL.

Bait and Switch

The property owner let me know 24 hrs prior to my visit that they were moving me to another non VRBO property. I did see this in other reviews but figured VRBO would have cleared this up with a disreputable property owner. DO NOT RENT is the only review I have. I never was inside this house. Just drove by it several times to see dog tied up along side of house, garbage cans in driveway, and the next day garbage cans were moved and a car was parked in the driveway suggesting someone was staying in property when I was told it was inhabitable due to lack of AC. Owner refused to fully refund my money - VRBO is even less help. Please save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere. Again - DO NOT RENT this property.
