This big old farmhouse was also once the main inn for Sag Harbor. You can feel the history when you enter the house. It has be renovated and is crisp and fresh. The pool and hot tub are so inviting. The patio is great for cooking and eating outside with big doors opening into the kitchen and living room. Lots of room in each bedroom, parking in the front and back, and a pool house offer many options for organizing a great weekend.

Great Sag Harbor property

I rented this home for a week in June. It was fantastic. The location was great and the property itself very nice and large. It was perfect for hosting my partner and a few friends.

Hi! I'm Karen. Originally from New York, I grew up spending summers in Sag Harbor and now live in Chicago with my husband and daughter. Sometimes we get to spend time with family in Long Island and love this beautiful house that welcomes so many people and great fun. I'm an educator, urban farmer, space maker and mom. I hope others can appreciate, enjoy and respect this wonderful spot.

Why they chose this property

This house has privacy but lots of space. It is close to town but quiet. This house has history and modern renovation. It's a magical embrace of all the things one wants in a Sag Harbor getaway.

What makes this property unique

The village is a 15 minute stroll away. Not having to drive home from dinner is a great thing! Plus finding parking in town can be hectic. The pool and hot tub are always so welcoming and the kitchen can hold all the socializing that inevitably happens there anyway.
