-A stunning gem just a stones throw from beautiful Historic Old Town Senoia.
-Very close to Trilith and Riverwood Studios.
-Our home is under 30 miles to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. We are 40 miles south of central Atlanta.
-Although very close to town, our house is privately tucked away in over 2 1/2 acres of lush green at the end of a private driveway.
-Remodeled top to bottom with modern amenities and hardwood floors throughout.
-Amazing open kitchen with a full island. Well equipped kitchen. -Three bedrooms, one is an office with a trundle bed. The master and the guest bedroom have king beds.
-Two full bathrooms each with double sinks.
-A lovely screened in back porch with an incredible landscaped view.
-Large garage for some storage, and one car.
-High speed internet included.
-Fully monitored alarm system.
-Large stone fireplace. Converted to gas.
-Outdoor stone fire pit with seating area.
