The garden is furnished and fully fenced, so your dog can stay outside. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Winterswijk is a lively town near the German border with various stores and restaurants. For a cozy café with service on the terrace, you can also visit the fortified town of Groenlo (10 km) or the cozy village of Lichtenvoorde (13 km). The famous book village Bredevoort is 10 km away, Ruurlo Castle 22 km and the climbing forest Achterhoek 24 km. Interesting sights just across the border in Germany are the authentic bell town of Gescher (28 km), the picturesque town of Vreden (14 km) and the Zwillbrocker Venn nature reserve (13 km). In the nature reserve flamingos have their northernmost distribution.

Schön aber verbesserungsfähig..

Das Haus hat die richtige Größe für 4 Personen. Die Möbel waren alle in Ordnung. Die Insektenrollos sind leider alle irgendwo defekt. Es fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, ein Spiegel in der Toilette und im Schlafzimmer ein zweiter Nachttisch. Das sind aber alles nur Vorschläge zur Verbesserung...das geht auch ohne. Man behilft sich irgendwie. Die ersten zwei Tage funktionierte die Heizung nicht und wir mussten frieren. Das größte Manko war leider die Sauberkeit. Das Haus war wirklich schmutzig. Ich musste erst den Kleiderschrank auswaschen weil soviel Staub drin lag. Die Badewanne/Dusche haben wir selbst reinigen müssen ebenso den Abfluss. Da waren so viele Haare drin das nichts mehr ablief. Alle Spiegel und Fensterscheiben waren blind und verschmiert, ebenso alle Glasablagen und Schrankfronten in der Küche. Die Waschmaschine musste ich ebenfalls erst reinigen bevor ich sie nutzen konnte. Überall Staub und Dreck..da kann man sich leider nicht richtig wohlfühlen. Wenn ich 45€ Endreinigung bezahlen muss, gehe ich davon aus ein sauberes Objekt vorzufinden. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Auf meine Beschwerde bei Novasol hätte ich verzichten können, passiert ist rein gar nichts. Obwohl mir versprochen wurde sich darum zu kümmern. Mal abgesehen davon das wir samstags angereist sind, sonntags auf der "Notfall" Nummer niemand zu erreichen war und uns montags gesagt wurde wir hätte früher Bescheid sagen müssen.
