The Baroque house Marktgasse 1 was opened in March 2016 by Dr. Ing. Maas and Dr. Mentel acquired from Heidenau. The exposed location of the property with immediate market proximity (since Canaletto's times unchanged and traffic-calmed) and the historic details of the 1773 -built building, inspired the owners from September 2018 to make the apartment Atticae available. On 80 sqm you can expect a spacious, modern and comfortably furnished hideaway for 2-4 persons.

The picturesque, medieval old town of Pirna offers a variety of quaint pubs and well-kept restaurants.

The Saxon capital of Dresden can be reached by suburban train in 15 minutes as well as the Saxon Switzerland. The Osterzgebirge Ski Area can be reached by car in 40 minutes. The golden city of Prague can be reached in an hour by motorway.

The 80 square meter large holiday flat is situated in the medieval old town of Pirna. The modern and comfortably furnished flat is intended for 2-4 people. It is located in a baroque building in immediate proximity to the picturesque marketplace (as captured by the famous landscape painter Canaletto). There are many quaint pubs and elegant restaurants available. The state capital Dresden (former seat of royal power) can be reached by train within 15 minutes. The train can take you to the breath-taking Saxon Switzerland National Park. Furthermore, the Czech capital Prague and the east Ore mountain ski resort are less than an hour drive away.

Über den Dächern von Pirna

Schön gelegene Altstadtwohnung , sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal und die Umgebung des Elbsandsteingebirges gut zu erreichen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist phantastisch. Für die Dachgeschosswohnung sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung soweit wohl gefühlt, aber hier und da könnte man nachbessern. Die Anreise ist etwas umständlich mit dem Auto, aber letztlich konnten wir zum Aus- bzw. Einpacken bis vorort ran fahren. Wir haben uns für das Parken im Parkhaus in der Nähe entschieden. Pirna und Umgebung sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Zur Umgebung: Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Edeka und Rossmann ist in < 10 min Entfernung. Da die Wohnung in der Altstadt liegt, sind ebenfalls ZOB, Bahnhof und Bootsanleger in 10 min zu erreichen. In der Ferienwohnung bekommt man eine Gästekarte, mit der man im VVO von Pirna bis zur Tschechischen Grenze kostenlos fahren kann, also z.B. Rathen (Bastei), Königstein (Festung), Bad Schandau; Richtung Dresden allerdings nicht. Im Parkhaus APCOA Stadtmitte an der Robert-Koch-Straße gibt es ein 8-Tage-Malerstraße-Ticket für 35 Euro.

Direkt am Marktplatz gelegene ruhige Wohnung

Wohnung in bester Lage, sauber, gute Betten. Viele Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar, Pirna eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Dresden und ins Elbsandsteingebirge.
