Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: One community swimming pool
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 2102 is located in Building 21 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Wonderful family vacation

Great place to stay- vacation with toddlers isn’t easy, but the access to the beach that is nice and sandy, has plenty of seating and calm waves was perfect for us. In addition we were a 30 second walk to the pool that was beautiful as well. The condo was spacious, well equipped and surpassed our expectations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We really appreciated having access to the beach and all the beach supplies in the house. The pool was super easy to get to and such a nice alternative. The house was very clean. The local grocery store, manta excursions, proximity to The Ironman biking route we’re all unexpected bonuses!!

Beautiful house, great location

The renovation on this unit is outstanding. The kitchen tools available were the best of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. This stay was just two of us, but a family of 4 or 6 would be perfectly comfortable here. Kids can be upstairs and parents can have the whole lower level. Neighborhood is very quiet. Location is good - few minutes drive to the market and a few more minutes to the beach club. Oh - and the beach equipment available was fantastic.

Amazing hale in Muana Lani!

We’ve stayed at a dozen properties at Muana Lani and we all agreed this was the best. The house was immaculate; very clean and very well appointed. All the appliances work, even the ice machine in the refrigerator! Beach gear was great! To top it off they left us an amazing Mac nut pie as a gift! Highly recommend.

Mauna Lani Condo

We loved staying at the Mauna Lani Fairways. This home was large and just right for our family of 5. We really appreciated the beach toys/boogie boards/snorkels and pool noodles. The unit is steps away from the community pool which the whole family enjoyed daily. The home was pleasant to be in, very roomy and clean. The included pass to Mana Lani Beach Club was priceless. We used it everyday as it offers access to private parking yards away from the secluded beach. Great location close to the Shops, Waikaloa shopping and about 25minues to Kona airport. Great communication with the property manager as well...we accidentally forgot our check-out date an they kindly accommodated us for another night. 10/10 would recommend staying here, especially if you want a low-stress beach experience!
