Kleines Ferienhaus bei Lüneburg

We let our cosy garden cottage in the historic town of Bardowick near Lueneburg.
Completely refurbished and equipped with a new shower bathroom, heating system and fitted kitchen (dishwasher). Space for up to 4 persons. WiFi, cable-tv, DVD, CD/Radio.

The living room
is invitingly furnished with dining table for four and a suite. For your entertainment there are WiFi, cable-TV, DVD-player, CD/radio with USB port, different board games and a shelf stacked with a variety of books (also in English).
A few movements can turn the suite into a comfortable bed for two (queen size).

The twin bedroom
is for two persons, has wall-to-wall carpeting, and there is an armoire.

The fitted kitchen
is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, pans and dishes, cooktop, exhaust hood, and a table for two.

The tiled bathroom contains shower, basin and WC, cabinet and hair dryer.

Out of doors, there is a small terrace with sunshade, table and chairs. Feel also free to use the lawn in front. In spring 2020, we built a koi pond with a small deck. Covered parking space for bicycles.
There is space for a car directly in front of the cottage.

All year round, the cottage is an ideal basis for excursions to
- Lueneburg (7 km)
- Hamburg (50 km)
- the Lueneburg heather (35 km) and
- the protected landscape along the Elbe river (30 km)
In the town of Bardowick, there are historic sites (medieval cathedral and hospice, windmill) as well as everything you need for everyday life: supermarket and bakery, many farm shops, pharmacy and bank, restaurant, café and ice cream parlor, playground and public pool...
