This beautiful and serene Southern California retreat is anything but ordinary. Nestled in the hills on a 10 acre family estate ranch, enjoy the views of mountains and farms. The resort style pool and hot tub area are yours to privately enjoy from sunset-10pm. It’s available for all ranch guests daily from 9-sunset. Basketball court, putting green, tennis court, pickle ball, fire pit, park area, and hiking is available as well. Enjoy the local crafted beers and wines, fine eating establishments and local pubs, golf courses, equestrian centers, the Reagan Library & Malibu parks and beaches. Just 30 minutes from Hollywood. Stayed here the day before our wedding and the day of since it was down the street from the venue. Beautiful home! We would stay here again! Felt absolutely comfortable.

Excellent property and excellent host!

Don’t hesitate to reserve this property! It’s quiet, peaceful, clean, well kept, fully stocked and with a great host! A few minutes drive to anything you need and far enough away to feel like you’re in the country! My wife and I enjoyed our stay and our little dog did to! We were in the Carnage House which has two bedrooms upstairs that share one bathroom. The next time we’re in the area we’ll be hoping this spot is available!

Had an AMAZING girls getaway here from Los Angeles to celebrate my friends birthday!! The murphy beds are super comfortable and set up PERFECTLY for a classic slumber party. The view is incredible from any of the numerous seating options in the yard, especially during sunset. Brooke was a top tier host - attentive and available to help with everything and anything. she even helped coordinate a private chef, which was the ultimate treat! We didn't really want to / need to leave but when we did, we thoroughly enjoyed our time nearby at Euodia Day Spa (go for the "mini escape package"!!), petting farm animals/picking our own produce down the road at Underwood Family Farms, and a delightful 2-3 mile hike to Paradise Falls (this is in thousand oaks). I will 1000% be back here to do it all again.

Beautiful Property - Carriage house is quaint and relaxing. The host were very kind and helpful. The setting are views are beautiful. Its a lot of fun many activities pickel ball basketball and putting for golf .

What a pleasant surprise!

We've rented lots of VRBO properties, but this was the most unique! We weren't exactly sure what to expect when renting a "pool house". Lucky for us, it was a total hit. The pool house itself is a very large one room (separate bathroom with oversize shower) with 2 murphy beds, large living area with gas fireplace, cocktail bar, and kitchen. Wall of glass looks out to a huge pool and hot tub, beautiful mountains, and tennis/pickleball court. WOW, what a treat! It was so fun to play pickleball whenever we wanted. We had our family come over one day, ate brunch outside next to the pool and courts and played pickleball. There's a basketball court also. It sits on about 5 acres and the owner's home is behind the pool house, giving renters complete privacy. The grounds are beautiful, grassy, well maintained. We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving to visit family that live in the area. There isn't a stove or oven, but we made do with a toaster oven, and a single burner hot plate. Full refrigerator and dishwasher. The owners, Brooke & Rob, and the nicest people, attentive to questions and very helpful. We loved it and will absolutely rent this unique property again.
