Villa Oleander is a sanctuary for everyone craving nature, sea and relaxation with their loved ones. It is located in quiet part of Dramalj, next to the Crikvenica, beautiful tourist area.
The apartment is modern equipped to provide an unforgettable stay during your holiday.
This 40m² apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, for two persons, in the living room, which also has a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, watercooker and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and a washing machine. Satellite TV and free Internet access are available.
In the apartment you can relax by the beautiful, newly built pool or in the jacuzzi.
Parking is available in front of the apartment.
The apartment also has a small childrens playground that can use children up to 5 years.
The bed sheets are cleaned and disinfected. Once a week clean bed sheets are provided.
