In the basement, the house offers several parking facilities, as well as a ski room and a cloakroom, which offers additional storage space for sporting equipment.
On the ground floor are four of the five bedrooms of the house, each equipped with double beds, spacious bathroom and infrared heat cabins. In addition, three berths offer additional sleeping facilities, which are ideally integrated into the intersection of the house. A special highlight is the green area with terrace area which opens up around the house. It offers a relaxing ambience and a Japanese garden that invites you to linger and create a harmonious interaction with the surrounding nature.
Upstairs is the heart of the house - the large living and dining area which offers plenty of space for joint activities and forms an open and inviting atmosphere through the split level construction. The spacious terrace on this level also offers an ideal area to enjoy the sunshine together.
