Casa Kaki Eco Friendly Superior Apartments - Casa A

Casa Kaki is located between the walls of Malcesine, in the "del Bec" district. It dates back to the fifteenth century and has been completely renovated while maintaining the historical parts of the house and using environmentally friendly materials to give our homes a well-being that escapes the eyes.
The structure is divided into two buildings, "Casa A" and "Casa B", which overlook our private courtyard.

The apartments of "Casa A" are 50 m2, consisting of an open living room-kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking, sofa bed with two actual beds, wardrobe, bedroom with two large single beds with high quality standards and bathroom with shower ,
The apartments have underfloor heating in all rooms to comfortably experience the magic of winter on Lake Garda.
From the windows you can see our beautiful and quiet private courtyard.

In our home you will also find a laundry lava center and dryer for your use, in addition to the beautiful courtyard where there is the lush persimmon tree that gave our apartments their name.

Casa Kaki and its renowned apartments are located in the heart of the historic center of Malcesine, one of the most characteristic villages of Lake Garda.
Access in the car to the house is only permitted for loading luggage that unloads only about 30 meters from the building.
For our customers we have an exclusive private parking lot for 15 € / day 400 meters from the house, where you can safely forget your car and enjoy your stay at Casa Kaki.

The tourist tax of 1 € per day per person and night is not included in the price and will be charged on arrival.
We would like to point out that in order not to wait at check-in, you must let us know your arrival time in Malcesine in advance.
