Waterfront home W/courtyard pool

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home sits on a Cul-De-Sac in Burnt Store Isles. Saltwater heated pool/spa located in the front courtyard when you enter through the exterior door to the house. The pool and spa have stone decorations with a wall mural of the beach. Then you enter through a set of French doors to the interior of the home where you will find a great room, open concept living, great for entertaining. Home has tile floors throughout. Split floorplan for your privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and cable T.V., large walk in closet and the ensuite has a single vanity, soaking tub and a walk-in shower. French doors that open to the courtyard. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds, dresser and cable T.V's. The guest bathroom has a shower only. There is a pool bath ( 1/2 bathroom) connecting the pool and laundry room. Off of the dining room there is a small lanai where you can sit and watch the boats go by on the intersecting canal. The boat dock has plenty of chairs for enjoying your nights by the water. Boat lift is available for your use. If you're a kayaker, bring them with you. There are a few kayaks in the garage for your use as well. Signed addendum requred.

Winter Paradise

Absolutely loved our month stay here during the Christmas season! Very clean and well stocked home. Enjoyed swimming in heated pool/spa, fishing from pier, grilling and kayaking in the canal. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Punta Gorda Canal Home

Great month long stay. Kitchen was well equiped for extended stay. Living room had nice comfy couches. Home was on a nice quiet cul de sac with terriffic, welcoming neighbors. Wonderful view of the canal. Definitely recommend.

Best Stay Ever

Was everything that was advertised and more. We recommend this property for anyone staying in this area. We have rented properties alot and this was by far the best. If we could give a rating it was A+. Cleanliness was the top ranking. Location was superb. Fishing was great. Pool and spa were exceptonal.

Family getaway

The house was amazing, and we had everything we needed for a quiet and luxury vacation! The city and beach center are very close! Food stores are just around the corner! This is the second time we've used Vrbo and we're very pleased! On the scale 1-10 clearly 10! We’ll be back!

Don’t hesitate this home was Wonderful

The home is maintained; we had everything we needed. Grocery deliveries were quick within an hour. This is quieter than other places we have been; which was refreshing. Six min Uber pick ups. We have been renting homes for thirty plus years, this is the only home we ever used ice from the refrigerator, as mentioned maintained. The property manager Tiffany was experienced, and mindful. If we were to have had an issue she had the resources to assist. The home itself was comfortable with six recliners, all beds equally comfortable, plenty of linens, all the necessary kitchen appliances to cook or bake. A second refrigerator in the garage was a welcome surprise along with a good grill. No clutter! Pool 85 degrees. The neighborhood was safe and friendly I walked daily. The Kayak lift was easy to use. We rented a kayak for the month. The canal had four manatee that passed twice daily, mullet jumping, dolphins came up along side our Kayaks twice. My second best dolphin experience to date, one hung in front of the dock playing with a huge chunk of fish. The best was the great blue herring who visited daily for defrosted raw shrimp, he waited patiently for us to do so. He caught them as we tossed them. I believe he had a food route we were one of the stops, very intelligent birds. Last of our nature adventures from the dock an Osprey landed on the piling and enjoyed his fish. My husband golfed six rounds a week, it was perfect for him too. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Stay

We spent a week and really enjoyed our visit. Home was clean when we arrived & well stocked. The pool was nice and the dock worked great for boating. Getting to Charlotte Harbor took about 30 to 40 minutes depending on current but was really easy. Tiffany was great to work with. Thanks again.
