Affectionately named The Bee Bears, this charming 2BR gambrel-style cabin features a hill in the backyard for sledding, is a short walk to the lake, and offers easy access to Big Bear Village, hiking, and ski resorts.

After a fun-filled day of adventure on the mountain or the lake, warm up by the fireplace or soak in the private hot tub under a clear Big Bear sky.

LIVING AREA

Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace in the living area, featuring a 55in TV, a Nintendo GameCube, and plenty of plush seating to spread out and relax.

All TVs in this rental include a Fire Stick with Netflix.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a gas range and large fridge (no dishwasher).

At mealtime, gather around the dining table with seating enough for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps four adults and two children.

Make yourself at home in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, twin bed, and 32' TV. Delight in alpine views on the patio with seating for two.

Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, which features a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and 43in TV.

The downstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A wraparound porch invites you to spend time in the great outdoors. A hill in the backyard is ideal for wintertime sledding. For après-ski relaxation, settle in and soak in the private hot tub.

In warmer months, grill burgers on the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the table with seating for four.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and driveway parking for up to two cars. Street parking is not permitted.

Although this home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Big Bear's mild summer temperatures. Heating is via a wall-mounted heater in the living area and portable heaters in both bedrooms.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

THE LOCATION

Spend a sun-soaked day on the lake. Walk 10 minutes to Pleasure Point Marina to rent a kayak, paddle board, or fishing boat. Big Bear Marina (1.5 miles) provides fishing charters and wakeboarding, while Pine Knot Marina (1.8 miles) offers a paddlewheel boat tour.

If visiting in the winter, multiple ski resorts can be reached within minutes, including Snow Summit (3.5 miles), Bear Mountain (5.2 miles), and Snow Valley (9.8 miles).

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an In-person check-in at the local office, before heading to the home. The reservation holder must present photo identification upon check-in. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Vacasa and the guest as well as non-refundable eviction from the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
