This cabin is centrally located in Big Bear Lake and is close enough to walk to the lake at Meadow Park and Big Bear Village, where there are stores for shopping, dining, and other entertainment. In a short drive, you can enjoy snowboarding or skiing at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit Resort or warm weather adventures on Big Bear Lake.

This single level home has an open floor plan. The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a dishwasher. Dining has seating for four; and there is also extra seats at the bar. The livingroom provides a flat screen TV with Cable and Internet. The home features Wifi throughout. The wood burning fireplace provides a warm area to sit back and relax with a good book after a cold winter day.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath. The guest room has two full beds with a guest bathroom in the hall. The bonus room is great for family time with a Foosball table and a nice collection of books. There is also laundry available in the home.

In the warm summer months, there is a large deck for grilling on the charcoal barbeque. Kids and parents will enjoy the fenced backyard with a treed lot of Big Bear pines and Manzanita. There is also a small hill for possible sledding during the winter season for the little ones. Enjoy the colors of the mountain skies at sunset or gazing at stars for A Knight to Remember.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
