Love the house, hate the customer service
The awesomeness of the house was unfortunately marred by the poor communication of the management company. When we arrived the electronic lock was broken and we were stuck outside in the cold. we waited on the phone for 45 minutes to talk to customer service and after 15 minutes of troubleshooting they finally gave us the lockbox code to open the door to the house. They said they would send someone over to fix it and the next day they called back saying they couldn’t get anyone over this trip. Then we called them again when the living room lights wouldn’t turn on. No response the entire trip! For whatever reason they decided not to respond to our texts regarding getting that fixed. The only time we heard back from them was regarding late checkout to which they responded no. The house is great though which is why 3 stars. We loved the sauna and the deck is beautiful. Pro tip: the fireplace does get Smokey so make sure to leave a window open otherwise the house may start to smell.

Amazing place and location
Beautiful and cozy cabin on a perfect location just minutes from the lake shore, and close to every area you want to visit in Lake Tahoe.

Beautiful home, a few complications
The house is beautiful, clean, and well located. Our kids loved hanging out in the loft where there is a tv and lots of games while the grown ups relaxed in the living room below. The kitchen is very well stocked and there were lots of extra blankets to keep everyone warm at night. We did run into a few issues that could have been improved with better information up front. First, the driveway was plowed but the walkway from the driveway to the door needed to be shoveled (this took about 20 min through several feet of snow, luckily a shovel was left out on the driveway). This would have been understandable if it was actively snowing but it hadn't snowed in a couple of days. A couple of hours later, someone did show up to shovel the snow so I'm guessing it was just a timing issue. Also the hot water heater was set to low and the thermostat was on vacation mode so both had to be turned on (took some work on the thermostat settings). This took us a couple of hours to realize since it wasn't in the arrival instructions so I recommend checking both on arrival to save some frustration.

Beautiful
This was a beautiful cabin. My family loved it, felt like home. I enjoyed the sauna in the master bedrooms bathroom. Big living room with comfortable couch and beautiful sun rise and sunset view. Nice appliances, nice cookware, I enjoyed cooking in it. You are not far from stores and shops. The lake was close by, easy access.
