Fantastic and modern Villa de Diseny in Son Serra de Marina
Villa Marina is located in the popular seaside resort of Son Serra de Marina in the northeast of the island. It was completed in May 2019. The object is minimalist, modern and high quality furnished, with great accents so a real eye-catcher. The bright living-dining area with large windows is modern and yet very comfortable, with sofa and dining area. The open and fully equipped kitchen completes the overall picture.
The pool terrace is partially covered, perfect to spend the day at the private pool. The four bedrooms are also very modern and bright, one with en suite bathroom. There are two double bedrooms with access to the pool, and two more with two single beds each. The bathroom en suite has a large shower. In addition to the 2. Shower room there is a guest toilet.
The air conditioning costs are extra according to consumption with 0.30 € / kWh cashed.
The villa is located about 900 meters from the sea. The nearest beach is about 1200 meters away.
Son Serra has so far been spared by large hotel castles, but with a variety of restaurants, a few bars, 2 smaller supermarkets and a pharmacy offers everything for your daily needs.
