About this property

Pacific Shores Resort - Oceanfront & Amenities Included!!!

This top floor-unit (4th floor) comes with a studio layout (king size bed) & twin sofa bed, 1 bathroom (soaker tub), coffee station (no sink), private deck and conveniently located right on Craig Bay - ocean front property. Seasonal water sports available (kayaks, paddle boards & bikes), pickleball courts, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub. Perfect for a couples getaway to just reconnect with nature and recharge!!!

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, the owner of the onsite restaurant is closing permanently on March 15, 2026. The resort is trying to get another restaurant in asap but no further details are available at this time. A full-service spa called Aqua Terra Spa & Salon - 250-468-0474 and there is also Pacific Motion Physiotherapy - 250-585-6633. These are both located in the main building to the right as your drive in. Same building as the pool, hot tub and gym.

Lots of beautiful shops within a short drive away, several lakes, lots of hikes or just grab a beach chair and enjoy the quiet location just outside your door. Pacific Shores is a private resort and that means small numbers of people at your private beach. Explore the tidal pools with the family. Walk during low tide and explore what the Salish Sea has to offer.

I am always interested in snowbirds too during our winter months. So if this is something that interests you, please contact me anytime. My one bedroom A Unit (2904016) is ideal for snowbirds, come full equipped with kitchen, washer dryer, basically a one bedroom apartment. Big discounts during my off-season and what a beautiful location to explore the Island and mild climate. I am always here to work with your needs. Guests coming, just rent the B unit and open up the space back up to the two bedroom, two bathroom. Our cleaners come in take care of the cleaning, laundry and lock the connecting doors back up and you enjoy your unit with no stress. To see both units together, go to listing 2895725.

There are lots of extra parking under the pickleball courts and also a gravel lot if you have an extra height vehicle as well.

Lovely location, safe community, well maintained facility and very helpful/ responsive host. It worked well for us that close friends had rented an A unit at Pacific Shores as the A units are large with full kitchen and Laundry, etc., while the B units are more like a very nice hotel room.

Nice place. Top floor of the building. Clean unit and a short drive to Parksville. Be aware it is small and doesn’t have a full size kitchen. Basically just good for heating up left overs. Nice view of the bay from the small balcony. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The location is so quiet, I loved that Kim's suite was Creekside at the end of the resort road so it was very quiet. Even when they were playing pickleball we didn't hear anything until we opened the door.I would definitely like to stay here again.If there was any negatives it was that they close the pool from 12:30 to 2:30 Its beyond Kim's control so just a comment.

This is a lovely resort with lots of amenities including a spa, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools and pickleball courts. There is access to a beautiful beach and watersports as well. The onsite restaurant was also surprisingly good. We had a great time!

This property was so lovely- steps from the door to the ocean with the most gorgeous sunsets to be seen!! Only thing missing was a recycle box and an extra garbage bag or two. We really appreciated the extra warm blankets that were available for night time. We will most definitely be back one day and will recommend everyone to go! Clean, comfortable and cozy!!!! We stayed in the King Bed Studio suite and it was great!!! It was very quiet. The king bed was firm, but comfy. Deluxe fluffy pillows! Amazing water pressure in the shower and a deep soaker/jet tub. We had alllllll these plans to use all the perks that come with the resort, but ended up just relaxing and staying in. The ocean view covered patio was so cozy and the perfect place to storm watch on a blustery day. Forget storm watching in Tofino - book here instead! If we were staying longer, I would book the A side with full kitchen, but the studio was totally fine. Kim's directions were very, very detailed and excellent communication. Directions to the resort were well signed on the road and the resort was only 7 minutes to Parksville.

Close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was as well equipped as it could be. Every thing to make our stay enjoyable was available. The room was small and I would likely rent the larger room if I come again. Communication with Kim was easy and she replied quickly.

Everything was great. Neighbours were a bit loud and one was a smoker. But that is out your control. The bathtub facet drips. Love the suite very clean. Great location. Loved our stay!

My daughter and I had a lovely getaway and thoroughly enjoyed both the surroundings and the indoor living space. I loved reading on the little patio! The bed was super comfortable and we slept wonderfully! We loved going down to the beach and watching the sunset every night. Kim was a great communicator before we arrived, and I knew she was there to answer any questions. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful spot! Outdoor hot tub was epic! Room was nice, suplied stuff for coffee and tea but there were no coffee mugs to drink them from! Thankfully we brought our own. Coffee maker was disgusting and had to deep clean it before use! Advertised as sleeps 3 people, one person being on the pullout couch which was horrendously uncomfortable. Like picture the worst pull out couch you have ever slept on. That times 10! This matress needs to be updated if your actully wanting people to sleep on it! Besides that everything was nice!

The studio is located right in the heart of Pacific Shores Resort - if you like ocean front, then this unit is for you! King size bed, coffee station, 40" tv with 500 MB speed. All resort amenities are included in your fee!

Indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness facility. Please note that the pool is closed on Mondays for servicing. Tuesday-Sunday - 09:30-12:30/14:30-22:00
Indoor games room with ping pong and pool table.
Seasonal use of kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and retro style cruiser bikes.
Children’s playground, outdoor kiddie pool and rock hot tub. Closed on Thursdays 9-5 for servicing.
