Situated in the heart of the Park City historic district, you are also a 2-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift with its access to Park City Mountain Resort. In addition to the truly unbeatable location, you will be delighted by the light-filled, open-concept living/kitchen/dining area and the three spacious bedrooms each featuring its own flat-screen TV, attached bathroom, and views of the rooftops along Park City’s historic Main Street.
As you enter this lovely space, your comfort is top of mind with an entry space featuring a shoe tray and ample hooks where you can unload your gear and make yourself at home. Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance from both city and slopes making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.
Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber and Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans situated in closets throughout the home for your use if needed.
There are family-friendly items available in the unit such as a pack n' play, a bumbo, and a simple stroller located in the kid's bunk room closet.
The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).
Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
Please note, there is only ONE parking space available.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Unfortunately, the shared coin-operated washer/dryer were moved out for replacement, and thus they are not available for the time being. The new machines may arrive in mid-October, according to HOA.
