Be prepared to be a awful position!

The Host cancelled our 14 days stay 45 mins before our check-in...great! Used the same excuse she has with their other property that previous guest had "water damage" this person is a scammer.....how they can do this to people is just unbelievable! She never made any attempt to contact us prior to check-in....just did a straight refund when I sent a brief message 1 hr prior to check-in asking about access instructions....they were hoping I wasn't checking in as I am positive it was rented out to another party thru another vacation rental agency....stay clear of these people!

Do not book, do not use this property (or any from this host)

After I scheduled my stay I sent a message to the host which was not answered until 3 days later after I texted. Not responsive at all. There were no ratings when I made mine and I was nervous about that but I took a chance; and it failed miserably. My reservation was canceled a couple hours before I took my son for baseball for 3 days. I had to pay 3x what I would have had I booked a hotel when I booked this. The host did say I could stay in the future for 3 days - but how could I trust that? How would that make up for the hundreds I lost? I dont believe anything from this host, this place is a scam. Book anywhere else and youre better off.
