This second living area, with steps leading up to a bar and extending into the backyard, is the perfect place to entertain, with multiple seating areas, skylights, beautiful furniture, a fireplace and a pool table all tied together in a spacious open floor plan.

The kitchen features a 16-foot-long Brazilian tourmaline island with bar stool seating and large walk-in pantry with tons of cabinet space and a second refrigerator.

The western wing of the home has 5 bedrooms including:

- One king bed (master)
- One queen bed
- One full bed
- One office with a full-sized Murphy bed
- One bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total)

The spacious master bedroom has dual closets AND two bathrooms (because why not?) and includes a 2-seated bathtub and walk-in shower with multiple shower-heads. This fabulous suite walks out onto a large wrap-around porch with views of the rose garden, pool and beautiful Pinnacle Peak beyond.

The eastern wing of the home has a private bedroom with a queen bed, private attached bathroom and private balcony facing south.

The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with a pool and seating areas all nestled under string lights with views of the mountain in the distance.

The casita is just on the other side of the pool and boasts two bedrooms with king-sized beds, two full baths and a sofa bed. There is a full kitchen with breakfast nook and living area, making it the perfect autonomous accompaniment to the larger main home.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE

-The home can sleep up to 20 guests. Guests 17-20 are charged $50/guest per night.

POOL HEATING- Pool heating is available for an additional $200/day. Please let us know AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your arrival whether or not you'd like this turned on, so that we can adjust the settings accordingly. If selected, we will set the pool to 85 degrees, which doesn't make the pool *hot* but does make it swimmable. (Without heating, temperatures can drop to low 50s in the winter.)

MASTER BEDROOM-
There is a remote in the bedroom that controls the blinds behind the bed
(up and down). You can adjust it to match the level of privacy/light you'd like.

POOL MAINTENANCE- The pool is located by a lot of trees and shrubbery. This, and the fact that it is a very windy monsoon season, means debris WILL and DO get into the pool daily. We have regular weekly maintenance (usually on Fridays but not always) to keep the water properly balanced but debris will inevitably get into the water every day. We provide a skimmer for you to get the pool to your liking between maintenance calls.

**If you do not want the pool treated during your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival and we will do our best to reschedule with our pool tech.**

WATER TEMPERATURE (INSIDE)- The water takes a little time to get hot but it does get hot! Please give it a few minutes before reaching out!

LANDSCAPING- We have scheduled landscaping every other Friday to keep our property looking as well-maintained as possible. If you want to know if your booking falls on one of these dates, please reach out and I can check for you.

DISHWASHER- The dishwasher stumps many, but basically once you select the cycle, you have to press start and then push the drawer closed immediately. If there is a delay, after pressing start, it won’t start right away.

SECONDARY FRIDGE/FREEZER- the secondary refrigerator and freezer in the laundry room are not functional.
