Excellent anniversary getaway

What a lovely loft. Located in the most wonderful location. Close to everything . Walk right out the front door to shops, restaurants and the social district. Walking distance to the local farmers market. The space was perfect and absolutely gorgeous, simply perfect! Would most absolutely stay here and recommend to anyone coming to holland. Thank you to the hosts , who were wonderful! Thank you so much for the perfect anniversary getaway

Best spot to stay in Holland!

Absolutely perfect in every way. Communication from the host was immediate and accurate, the place was more than spotless! If I had not seen the guest book I would have thought we were the first to use it. Everything is updated. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of supplies (towels.dishes, etc.) and the location! Oh my you walk right out into the middle of where everyone wants to be - literally it is the perfect spot. And you would think you could hear street noise but no, nothing. It was great. Thank you!

Self laundry while traveling really?

Self laundry while traveling really? I shouldn’t have to laundry towels on vacation. And your bed/mattress is severely uncomfortable.

Hi Michael, thank you taking time to provide us with some feedback. We are disappointed that asking our guests to start the load of towels impacted your overall satisfaction with your stay. We have been evaluating our policy on asking guests to start laundering of the towels before they leave. Effective November 1st, we have negotiated with our cleaning company to add in laundering of the towels as well. Our condos all feature a memory foam mattresses with 5 star reviews and medium firmness levels to try accommodate most guests preferences for mattresses. We proudly have almost all guests rate our property 5 stars for cleanliness, location and communication. We try to make every guests stay as easy as possible by stocking more than just essentials (laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, extra toilet paper) we also offer comprehensive barware, spices, and fully stocked cooking and serveware.

Clean, well located unit. However once we arrived we found out that we were required to wash, dry and put away all bath and other towels. Check out time was also moved up earlier than stated in the listing/confirmation. I was also locked out of the building while trying to pack up and fortunately the cleaning person showed up after 15 minutes and let me back in. Had to have someone hold the door open while packing the car as the new code to enter the building was not provided (and I checked out prior to the stated time). Overall a bad experience.

We apologize that you had some difficulties with using door codes to access our property. The exterior building door codes do not change at check out times, but exterior building doors are are locked for security purposes when the stores on the ground level are closed. You received a an email from us providing all the codes including the exterior door codes for your stay which are different than the front door of each individual condo. The only code that is disabled is the one for the condo you rent at the time of check out. We are thinking you were not using the correct code to enter from the parking lot. Our check in and out times are listed both on the booking site as well as on the email confirmations that go out to each guest and listed in the printed house guides. These have not changed since we started making the property available for rental. We understand that putting towels in the washing machine (using detergent we provide) and dryer before exiting takes a little bit of time. We do not ask guests to put them away. By having guests do this quick task, it helps our cleaning company on busy check out days be able to prepare the units for the next guests. Thank you for your kind comments on how clean and beautiful the condos are. We have only had 5 star reviews from guests and were disappointed to see your feedback.

This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, to go along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the backbone of the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.

Why they chose this property

This brand new property is apart of one of the most unique properties in Holland. The convenience of being located right on 8th St. and having a couple of patios that overlook 7th St, combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself.

2 Private Outdoor spaces, Large Kitchen, Dining, and 2 Living areas. Master Bedroom has King Bed and Loft has a pull out sleeper sofa. 1 Bedroom, and 1.5 Baths. Almost 1300 Square Feet of high end living space to enjoy your vacation.
