Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect in a luxurious resort condominium! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. I’m sure you’ll agree, Pelican Beach Resort has everything you’re looking for in a beach vacation condo!

Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

This is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Relaxing getaway

I was already excited to book this trip as I had went with my mother on a ‘girls trip’ last year to the same resort, but this 15th floor balcony view was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the view was amazing, the beach chair set ups made beaching convenient, and the tiki bar never misses with their drinks and snacks. 10/10 would come back and stay in this condo again.

Wonderful location and beautiful room!

This is a gorgeous room and we will likely stay again if we ever come to Destin. The beds were so comfy which made for a great nights sleep after long days spent on the beach. Only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because we found a pair of jean shorts under the dresser and a small glass of water in between the bunk bed and wall. There was no broom but there was a very nice dyson vacuum.
