About this property

Bright cottage in country style for up to 10 people. Additional costs and Wi-Fi incl.

New February 2019: ground floor renovated, high quality real leather sofa set up and a new stove installed on the ground floor.
Our large holiday home on the edge of the Ferienwohnpark Silbersee can accommodate up to 10 people plus a toddler. Each floor has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. In addition, the upper living room offers a pull-out sofa bed for the 9th and 10th. Person. For the winter months both floors are equipped with a stove.
A large terrace (about 25 m²) offers enough space to stay. It is fully furnished and also has a barbecue. Directly opposite the house is a parking space.
Our cottage is ideal for large or friendly families, old and young, group travel, family reunions etc.
The additional costs such as electricity and water are included!

Sehr, sehr schön!!! Das Haus ist groß und super ausgestattet mit perfekter (allerdings kleiner) Küche, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen, zwei Bädern - sogar zwei Hochstühle waren da. Als einzeln stehendes Haus mit ausreichendem Abstand aber ohne Zaun zu den Nachbarn, einem nach hinten raus riesigen Gemeinschaftsgelände zum Toben, Ballspielen usw war es ein Großfamilienparadies. Der direkt gegenüber gelegene Parkplatz war natürlich total praktisch - auch hier ohne Abgrenzung, was aber nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wichtig ist.Uns war durch die Beschreibung nicht klar geworden, dass es sich bei der Silbersee-Anlage um eine Art Feriendorf handelt, das zum Teil um den See herum angelegt ist. Es ist recht weitläufig mit ausreichenden Abständen zwischen den Häusern, ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Man kann auf einem hübschen baumbestandenen Weg den See fast umrunden. Innerhalb von etwa 5 Minuten gelangt man an einen Spielplatz und zu einer wunderschönen Badestelle (Sandufer, sowohl für Kleinkinder als auch zum Schwimmen und Kanufahren, SUP geeignet) mit Liegewiese, Bänken, Kiosk und WC.Spaziert man etwa 20 geschätzte Minuten zum gegenüberliegenden Ende des Sees findet man dort tolle, recht günstige Belustigungen (Minigolf, Bootrutsche, Sommerbobbahn, Kartbahn, eine Art Autoscooter, kleine Gaststätte, schöner Spielplatz, eine Sauna mit Seeblick). Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Backstube und ein großer EDEKA in etwa 5 Autominuten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hatten wir für eine Woche gemietet. Tolle Gegend und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch bestens geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für neun Personen war es perfekt - für zehn wäre es bei schlechtem Wetter ein wenig eng geworden. Ansonsten ein super Haus das sehr gut gelegen ist mit viel grün drum rum sehr ruhig. Auch der See mit all seinen Attraktionen ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. 20,- pro Person für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist vielleicht ein bisschen teuer.

Für ein Familientreffen sehr schön. Schöner Park mit Freizeitaktivitäten für alle Generationen. Haus mit der Aufteilung sehr praktisch. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, gerade auch die Küche. Der Backshop macht aber erst 1300 auf 😉 Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe excellent. Vielen Dank

Entspannter Kurzurlaub zu 6.

Gemeinsam mit 5 weiteren Freunden habe ich eine Woche am Silbersee in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Mit Grill und einer Top Küche konnten wir es uns abends mit leckerem Essen auf der großen Terasse gut gehen lassen. Besonderes Highlight war für mich die Hängematte! Wir fanden die Woche ausgesprochen schön und werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen, um gemeinsam die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein großes Lob und ein herzliches Danke an die Gastfamilie.

Super nette Gastgeber und eine gelungene Kommunikation. Wünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Das Haus ist prima für eine Großfamilie mit älteren Kindern. Wir hatten trotz Regen Spaß beim Kickern und Dartspielen. Sobald die Sonne rauskam lagen wir in der Hängematte und sind in den nahen See gesprungen. Bobbahn, DiscGolf, Schwimmbad und Tretbootfahren hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!
