Approximately eight minutes from downtown New Port Richey where there are many types of bars and restaurants. Sit on the dock with a fishing pole and catch your dinner, or enjoy the outdoor kitchen/bar with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your private dock in the back yard, along with a 10,000 pound boat lift for your convenience. Water and electric for those that want to flush out their boat.
