Wake up looking at the Gulf of Mexico enjoying a hot cuppa coffee on the patio. This house has been completely remodeled. Approximately eight minutes from downtown New Port Richey where there are many types of bars and restaurants. Sit on the dock with a fishing pole and catch your dinner, or enjoy the outdoor kitchen/bar with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your private dock in the back yard, along with a 10,000 pound boat lift for your convenience. Water and electric for those that want to flush out their boat.

Immaculate waterfront retreat complete with visiting white crane who will fly in when it sees you in the sunroom. You can fish from your own backyard. Feels tropical yet in the heart of town with many restaurants and shops close by. Looks like a model home, bright, light decor and sunroom with water views.
