This 2-story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath family-friendly getaway near Ocean City, Fenwick, and Assateague Island. Over 3,000 square feet to relax. Your neighbors are horses, foxes, bald eagles, herons, turtles, and bunnies.

Four large bedrooms on the second floor--three with queen beds, one with a king. The owner is absolutely a fantastic guy to deal with.

The house was amazing and clean. This was my second time renting the house for a week. The place is close enough to the boardwalk, beach and all kind of activities but far enough from all the craziness. The owner addressed a small issue right away and was pleasant to deal with.

Lovely home and location

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is on a quiet cul de sac with a great yard for the kids to play in. The home is also convenient to many lovely beaches and things to do. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent stay

We were in the Ocean City/Salisbury area for a week long softball tournament. The house was conveniently located to both locations. Very clean, spacious, great backyard. Kids and adults loved it alike. Owner very quick to respond in correspondence. Highly recommend!

Wow! Great home!

Beautiful home, very spacious, and had everything we needed. Kids loved the toys and sandbox. We all loved the fire pit and big backyard. Will definitely come back!

Great vacation rental!!

It looked exactly as the pictures showed it better. In fact, there was multiple small details that just continue to show themselves throughout our stay, and it was fascinating to see some of the artwork that the walls displayed one of my personal interests, but everything was an excellent condition. The homeowner was very easy to contact for any questions or problems and quick to respond. Definitely would love to come back :-) I would recommend this for any family or any couple the environment is quiet but close access to all kinds of fun things to do beach included.

Perfect Long Weekend

A long weekend of beach and baseball, the house was perfect for our trip. Far enough away from the chaos but close enough for a nice trip to the beach. We played a baseball tournament in Salisbury and enjoyed the short drive both ways. The house is in perfect condition and all of the amenities. Would definitely choose again!

An Enchanting Stay

My partner and I decided to book this gorgeous home very close to where our family lives (Ocean Pines) so we were able to visit with them but have our own privacy— which we had plenty of at this beautiful home! The backyard is spacious but also features mature, beautiful trees. I personally adored the giant butterfly bushes. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch around back while watching the butterflies dance. In the evening, we sat by the fire where the fire pit is located, to the side of the house but also very private. Another bonus was the gorgeous location where we enjoyed walking and driving around to look at the scenery and homes. The home is filled with books, eclectic artwork, puzzles and personal touches. We had a very relaxing time chipping away at the Harry Potter puzzle! The only difference in the photos is a few updates pieces of artwork to check out, and we both agreed that the photos don’t do the property justice! If you want privacy, peace and QUIET— this is the place for you! One last note: Rokas was wonderfully accommodating, respectful and responsive. We can’t thank you enough!

Five Stars and Memorable

This immaculate home is nestled in a quiet cul de sac, a short drive to Maryland Beaches. The sound of roosters in the morning and crickets at night add to the peaceful vibe. The neighbor has a beautiful horse and adorable donkey that you may be lucky to see from a distance during the day. The fenced in yard was perfect for our Autistic son, with room to run and play, plenty of beautiful trees, a sandbox, swings and raised playhouse. It was wonderful to see him explore. All areas of the home were inviting and beautifully furnished with a mix of modern amenities and vintage charm. Historical gems sprinkled throughout this comfortable and well laid out home and something to enjoy for every age. The mezuzahs gave a comforting sense of a peaceful respite and were appreciated. There are two (2) full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor, there is also a built-in potty training/children's seat in the first-floor bath, absolute genius. There are games and toys and a large lego table for play. A fully equipped workstation, which I banned myself from using, however, it would have been perfect if I needed to remote in. There are four (4) bedrooms, all unique and in my opinion, perfectly appointed. The fourth bedroom with a toddler bed was perfect for my son and me. However, the full/queen bed within this room is quite uncomfortable and could use a nice foam topper. All the additional beds in the remaining three bedrooms were comfortable and pleasant.

Peaceful Getaway

This quiet property let us be away from it all while remaining close to local beaches. Ideal for all ages, the house was equipped with toys, beds, dishes, and play set for our toddler while also offering a screened porch, beach comfort items and well-stocked kitchen for adults. Responses from the owner were prompt throughout the reservation process and happily unnecessary once we reached the property as everything was as described and in working order.

Great overall minus one big issue

The house was very pleasant overall, but there was a sewage smell that emanated from all water sources, even after running for a few minutes. This made bathing and doing dishes very unpleasant. Given that it is unavoidable when staying for 3 days, that's a big negative. My housemate believes it may have been a bacterial growth problem in the pipes and resulted in her getting sick by the last day running a small fever and sore throat. (She took a Covid test before and after the trip, both were negative). A day later and she is feeling much better. Hopefully this review can help this be resolved for future guests.

Wonderful and relaxing property

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing getaway with our daughters, and this property fit that description. The home was very clean, the owner very responsive and accommodating, and the location was perfect for us. The home is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but close enough that you could be at stores or the beach with just a short drive. The home was great for our daughters, especially our youngest. The playroom had everything she loves, with a play kitchen, a store set-up, legos, and more. The screened porch was the perfect spot to relax and watch the girls play in the yard. The playset with the swings and sliding board, the multiple other swings around the yard, and the sandbox kept the kids busy and outside away from phones and TV's. We also made good use of the fire pit area on a few of the cooler days and did some campfire cooking. In the evenings you can keep an eye out for the deer and the occasional fox in the field across the road, and the neighbor's horse and donkey also made a few visits with us near the fence. All in all, a very good stay. The only words of caution would be to make sure you bring drinking water, and if you go in the spring be prepared for LOTS of pollen. I have a feeling we hit about the worst week for the pollen, but that is the case with a lot of areas during the spring break time of year.

Perfect for families with young children!!

Almost don't want to be honest about this review, so I can keep this gem a secret....but....this property is THE BEST child friendly rental ever!!!!! As you read from the other reviews, they weren't exaggerating anything. Just far enough from the busy bustle of the usual ocean city area. The kids were never bored, alwys finding somehting new to explore. They really did think of everything. The owners were beyond accommodating and a such a pleasure to rent from. Thank you so much for your hospitality!! We hope make it a yearly tradition❤️!

A beautiful little getaway...

Very beautiful and clean home away from the beach crowds that we thoroughly enjoyed. My two kids and my friend's kid really loved the kids-aspect of the home with plenty of toys, potty seats, kids stools, and plates/utensils. One thing to note (which was in the listing) was to ensure to bring your own bedsheets and fitted sheets. Also, the host mentioned to us that house is on well water so be aware of some slight smells, but wasn't too terrible. The host provided jugs and bottles of mineral water which was really nice.
