In the district of d'Aiguebelle, outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Lavandou, in a sunny position, 10 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: outdoor shower. (8 steps). Public parking 150 m. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar, café 250 m, bus stop "Lavandou Gare routière" 3.4 km, sandy beach "Aiguebelle" 10 m. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 5 km, minigolf 5 km. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou.
1-room studio 20 m2, on the ground floor. Simple and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. No heating option. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Great location, property in need of maintenance.

Right on the beach. Swim in the sea before breakfast, fabulous. Property in poor condition. Some electricity sockets not working and light fittings hanging by their wires. bathroom floor flooded when the shower was used as not having a suitable enclosure. On arrival key had to be collected from a different location and was given wrong room number which caused some confusion.

Propreté reste à désirer..

Le logement est très bien situé, en bord de plage! Cependant la propreté n’est pas totalement au rdv… toilette sale, vaisselle sale, le sol plein de sable avec des taches, oreiller taché de sang, prise au mur mal fixée, certaine prise ne fonctionnent pas, la grande lampe ne marche pas non plus.

L'appartamento si trova veramente affacciato sulla spiaggia. Il mare è limpido e trasparente, la sabbia quasi bianca e gradevole al tatto. La vista dalla baia è meravigliosa, fin sulle isole proprio di fronte. La cucina è equipaggiata perfettamente, anche di piccoli elettrodomestici.

Appartement très bien situé, avec une très belle vue et stationnements je à proximité. Relativement bien équipé pour le prix mais manque cruellement d'entretien et de propreté (salle de bain sale à l'arrivée, prise électrique qui ne tiennent pas aux murs, vaisselle cassée). Gros bémol : verrouillage de fenêtre cassé, donc impossible de laisser les volets ouverts lors de sorties à l'extérieur puisque l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée. Rapport qualité-prix correct.

Emplacement top mais déçu par le logement en lui même. Manque de propreté à notre arrivée, entretien laissant à désirer également ( volet cassé donc impossible d’ouvrir et fermer le volet correctement, infiltration d’eau au niveau d’un mur, réception de la télévision pas terrible, problème de serrure porte d’entrée, problème avec prise de courant, vaisselle pas propre à notre arrivée et de la vaisselle cassée). En revanche rien à redire de l’accueil de l’agence (pro, aimable). Manque la clim.

Una finestra sul mare!

La posizione di questo appartamento è a dir poco meravigliosa! Si trova nel contesto di uno stabile con più appartamenti, distante circa 4km dal centro e dal porto di Le Lavandou. Vicino allo stabile ci sono alcuni bar e ristoranti e alla spiaggia si accede direttamente dalle scale della palazzina, in più noi avevamo a fianco al nostro appartamento una porticina che ci dava accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Il mare in quella zona è cristallino e la spiaggia non è super affollata in settimana (periodo giugno). L’appartamento è molto piccolo, composto da un piccolo bagno con doccia e una camera con divano letto e angolo cottura. Non sono presenti armadi dove riporre vestiti ma solo un piccolo sgabuzzino dove all’interno c’è lo scaldabagno ed alcune coperte e cuscini. In ogni caso è appena stato ristrutturato ed è quindi ben rifinito ed arredato.L’unica finestra presente nell’appartamento si affaccia direttamente sulla sabbia e sul mare. Nonostante questo con le finestre chiuse l’appartamento risulta silenzioso, la notte si sentono lievemente le onde del mare, cosa che abbiamo trovato assai piacevole. La posizione strategica fa si che la casa risulti fresca anche senza aria condizionata. Nota dolente: l’appartamento era totalmente vuoto, non c’era nemmeno il minimo necessario e abbiamo dovuto acquistare tutto. Ad esempio abbiamo dovuto comprare spugne per piatti, sapone per piatti, sacchetti spazzatura, spray igienizzante, cose che normalmente ho sempre trovato all’interno degli appartamenti vacanza. La doccia è sprovvista di uno sportello di chiusura e nonostante le precauzioni del caso ci è risultato molto difficile non allagare il bagno ogni qual volta facevamo una doccia. Abbiamo segnalato il problema ai responsabili dell’agenzia Interhome che sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno prontamente forniti di mocio e stracci per arginare il problema. Spero in futuro mettano uno sportello. Consiglio di non portare valigie troppo ingombranti per una questione di spazio. Complessivamente valuto la nostra esperienza come positiva in particolar modo per la posizione fantastica proprio in riva al mare.
