Beautiful country house "Borgo Fontana", from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 7 apartments in the residence. 4 km from the centre of Vinci, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 20 ha, large garden lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 29.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, lounge with TV, internet access, washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 29.Mar., bicycles available (extra). Linen change weekly. Prachtige plek maar huisje ouderwets

De locatie en uitzichten zijn schitterend. Echt midden in het toscaanse landschap. Binnen 10 minuten rijden leuke restaurantjes en met 20 minuten zit je in Empoli met bijv. een hele grote supermarkt. Het appartement is wat ouderwets inmiddels. Bank is doorgezeten. Bedden gammel. Overige meubels broccante, maar daardoor ook niet gebruiksvriendelijk (krakende kastdeuren, klemmende lades, wiebelende kastjes). Bij het zwembad mooie ligstoelen, maar ook daar is wat onderhoud nodig (losse tegels).

Your feedback is very valuable to us, and some things can be repaired or replaced during the stay if the owner is notified on site so as to make the holiday experience even more pleasant for our guests. In any case, the apartment have been checked thoroughly and everything is fully functional and cleaned. We hope to see you again soon.

Ferienwohnung auf Weingut

Günstige Lage, Nähe Vinci. Florenz, Lucca, Siena schnell zu erreichen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage in Weingut, toller Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.

Agradable. Entorno bonito y alguna incomodidad

Entorno agradable para descansar y a la vez visitar sitios turísticos de la Toscana. El complejo está muy limpio y bien cuidado. La estancia amplia aunque no muy luminosa (piso bajo). Apartamento con todo lo necesario, pero un microondas le vendría muy bien. Hemos reservado en varios paises europeos con Interhome y es la 1 vez que hemos tenido que pagar limpieza, electricidad, gas y aire acondicionado como gastos extra lo que, añadido al sobreprecio (el doble) que hay que pagar por ir en Agosto, más las tasas turísticas, eleva un poco el presupuesto. TV por satélite sólo en alemán. En verano hay muchos (pero muchos) mosquitos, y pican. Hay antimosquitos eléctrico pero conviene llevar repelente y/o insecticida propio.
