In the centre of Hossegor, in a central position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1 km from the sea, 50 m from the lake, east facing position. Parking. Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, bicycle rental 50 m, bus stop "soorts hossegor- office tourisme" 350 m, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
2-room apartment 30 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Electric heating. Location idéale pour un couple, trop petit pour plus de personne ! Joli 2 pièces sympa, mais le ménage de l'appartement et de la résidence à améliorer ains que les équipements de cuisine.

Appartement central

Appartement très bien situé en centre-ville mais sans l’inconvénient du bruit. On peut tout faire à pied, y compris se rendre aux plages ( la petite plage du Lac est à 200m et la plage de la Centrale est à 15mn de marche). Pour les amateurs de course à pied, la résidence est située au pied du Lac d’Hossegor dont on peut faire le grand tour. Le parking à l’intérieur de la résidence est également très appréciable.

C'est appartement est vraiment parfait. Tout y est neuf et fonctionnel. Je recommande simplement de changer les oreillers qui sont vraiment beaucoup trop mou! Vous pouvez louer cet appartement sans aucune hésitation!!!

Cela fait 3 ans que nous louons cet appartement 1 semaine fin août. Celui ci est très bien situé et très agréable. Néanmoins, sa propreté laissait vraiment à désirer cette année...bien dommage...d’autant plus en cette période de rigueur sanitaire face au COVID...

Superbes vacances à la Pergola

Deuxième année que mes enfants et moi même louons ce petit appartement, et nous reviendrons sans doute l’an prochain. Il est très bien équipé, joliment décoré, à deux pas du centre ville et du lac et de la navette gratuite pour les plages, et possède un parking pour la voiture. Le seul bémol serait le balcon trop étroit pour manger dehors à 3. Néanmoins nous recommandons cette location !
