4 Private RV Campsites surrounded by "Knotty Pines", Minutes from ORV Trails.

4 secluded campsites each w/ electric (30amp), water, & septic. Just BYO....campers. No bed / bathroom on campsites. Great location for outdoor activities. Close to Carrieville Store, Village of Luther, Little Manistee & Tin Cup ORV Trials, Little Manistee River, Pine River, and more.

Knotty Pines Camp is situated on 10 acres. The camp entrance is located off a short gravel dead end road. Located next to "Knotty Pines Cabin" (VRBO#3331769). The booking includes up to 4 campsites. The cost is $50 per site for a RV and $25 per site for a tent. Billing will be amended based on the number of sites used. Unused campsites will not be rented during your stay. Each site is set up so you can pull in and back your camper into position. Sites 2 & 4 will accommodate a maximum camper length of 40’. Site 3 can accommodate a maximum camper length of 40’ however it is situated on a slight incline so to help with leveling it is best suited for medium to smaller length campers. Site 1 is best if used by a smaller camper 30’ +/-.

You will find 2 picnic tables available for your use. Feel free to position them the way you desire. There is a common fire pit area to be enjoyed by all. The perimeter of the property has a shared path available for your morning walk.

We have a variety of wildlife in the area. Please make sure you do not leave food and/or trash out. It is our guest’s responsibility to take all for their trash with them when they leave.

Perfect little private campground with 4 full hook up sites. 10 acres all to yourselves! We had 2 30' travel trailers and 2 tents set up for our group of 15.

Very peaceful and well camp property. Had a great weekend. Three campers with 5 side by sides. A couple of trees removed would make access a little easier with 40 foot campers but no complaints at all. We will be back.

Knotty Pines Campground

This property is absolutely stunning and secluded! Love the location, the property grounds, and the fact that it’s full hookup! If you’re into hiking, riding trails, or just to get away from the cityscape, this is by far one of the nicest places we have been to from a camping perspective that puts some state parks to shame! Appreciated the active communication with the host. Will be back for sure!

Hello. I have spent most of my life living in northern Indiana. I started visiting Lake County in 2003 and fell in love with all it has to offer. I enjoy camping, floating down the rivers, riding the trails, snowmobiling, and just spending time with family/friends experiencing the beauty that the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

For many years I would camp and/or rent cabins when I would visit the area. I thought that "Knotty Pines" would be the perfect location for others who enjoy doing similar outdoor activates as I do to call their base camp. Conveniently located close to the village of Luther, a short drive to the trailhead and Carrieville gas station, along with the peaceful setting makes this location very attractive.

What makes this property unique

"Knotty Pines" offers you your own secluded camping experience. The 10 acres plot which "Knotty Pines" is located on is both convenient and isolated.
