Wonderful place. The river is right behind the property. We loved sitting on the back balcony in the morning, sipping our coffee and watching the river. The bed was ultra comfy. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo, the layout was great and perfect for two. We loved sitting on the deck by the river and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! The manager was so accommodating and everything was super clean and went so smoothly!

Anniversary Getaway

We had four amazing days in Branson since we only live a few hours away. The condo was just as described and was very clean and fresh. Our favorite part was mornings on the deck overlooking the water. Beautiful view and mostly private as there were very few if any other guests on their decks in the morning. Definitely would recommend!!!

Brief Getaway

Beautiful property with a great view of the flowing river. Very well kept and spacious for the two of us. When we come back, I can't think of anywhere else I'd want to stay. Quiet, but near all Branson has to order.

20th Anniversary trip

Very beautiful, modern, and clean. Had an issue with patio door but Michelle came and fixed the same day. After all touristy stuff was nice to come back to quiet peaceful condo. Would highly recommend to next party.

Nice quiet spot

Great communication with the owner. Plenty of parking. Its an end unit so it was really quiet. Felt like a high end hotel stay. Great view of the lake. TV in the bedroom and living room. Not far from things to do or just take a walk. Nearby Restaurants were really good. Great place. Thank you.

Very nice except for one thing

Place was great except for a very uncomfortable bed. Extremely too soft. It was like a half filled waterbed. Or a half filled air mattress.

The view was excellent very beautiful but the ac unit was very old so it got very hot at night and was very loud. I was making coffee and had multiple roaches go by, including under the toaster. On top of that the decks were so close you could hi five the people next to you. Personally I think it is way over priced for 225 a night.

The place was clean when we got there, comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that there was nothing to cook with. There’s an oven, utensils, even a cutting board and seasonings, but not a single pot or pan. We were not expecting to have to eat out that much during our stay and were excited to cook since it had an oven, but it felt like a facade. Everything else was very nice, though, and we would recommend it. Just don’t count on the oven/stovetop.

The final location was beautiful along the river. The drive in takes a little while & the surrounding neighborhood is not great but it is quiet, secluded, and beautiful out the back balcony with the river right below you. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. Very nice unit.

Listing is just what it says. Beautiful view of the river from this 2nd floor apartment. Had everything we needed except a couple of items missed by cleaning folks. The property manager was awesome. She brough things over the next morning. She was also available when we tried to get in and had the wrong code. We were so pleased she was readily available.
