The house is located ineiner quiet side street with no through traffic in a sunny hillside with a large garden with adjoining mountain meadow and a sun terrace directly in front of the apartment. The approximately 80sqm apartment on the ground floor is divided into a bedroom, a living room / bedroom, a separate dining room, a complete kitchen with stove incl. Oven, microwave and coffee maker, a shower room / WC and a separate toilet. A flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi complete our offer.
