Fantastic vila for families and friends

Clean and modern. The pool was amazing also the jacuzzi. All rooms have air conditioning. Ok kitchen to cook for 8-10 persons. The managers were fantastic- they made us feel welcome and provided great service. We had some problems with electricity that they fixed within minutes.

Beautiful Villa in peaceful location

From booking this villa to leaving on the day of check out, the family that owned this villa were truly amazing, so accommodating, helpful and shared holiday tips with us via WhatsApp before the arrival. They accommodated us with checking in earlier, they helped us with trips and recommendations, any problems or questions we had, they were there for us. The whole villa was completely spotless, with all the added extras we needed and even a few essentials like dishwasher tablets, cleaning spray, toilet rolls, soap and mosquito repeller candle. The villa is very spacious, huge bedrooms, a mini gym outside, hot tub and lushious pool. We had all we needed and enjoyed our holiday so much :) Thank you so much Katya and your husband and your mum - you really made our holiday so special :) Good luck with the birth of your baby xxx

Alles sehr gut, Katja die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel usw war alles da, sogar die Kaffeemaschine war gefüllt. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern. 4-5 Km nach Porec. Auslauf für die Hunde. Alles gut, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist absolut topp und bis Porec sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 min. Alles was man so benötigt findet man in der näheren Umgebung. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Katja, unsere Vermieterin, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns bei der Ankunft noch ein Paar tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haten unseren Hund mit dabei und das Grundstück war hier absolut perfekt für uns. Alles war rundherum zu, so dass wir ihn auch ohne Aufsicht draußen lassen konnten. Auch für Familien mit Kindern können wir uns die Unterkunft sehr gut vorstellen, da es hinter dem Haus eine Schaukel mit Rutsche gab, sowie genügend Platz zum rumtollen.

Es war schön!

Schönes Haus Nette Vermieter Pool leider ab 18 Grad Außentemperatur nur noch 20 Grad Wassertemperatur trotz Poolheizung. Es gibt keine Heizung, die einzige Möglichkeit zum Heizen ist die Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss. Für den Kamin benötigt man Holz, welches uns vom Vermieter nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung. Man kann dort, in dem nur wenige Minuten entfernten Wald, sehr gut mit seinem Hund spazieren gehen.

einfach nur perfekt...

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern über Handy/whatsapp funktionierte schon bei der Anreise einwandfrei. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen waren sie stets sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. Mit dem Auto ist in wenigen Minuten alles notwendige erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist besser (!!) wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es waren mehr Küchengeräte da, die Grillstelle ist perfekt und wir hatten einen riesigen Sonnenschirm bei den Liegen. Das Haus verfügt über genügend und gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen und war sehr gepflegt und sauber gereinigt als wir ankamen. Wir (Familie mit Kinder und Großeltern) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft und Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung pur

Katja und Dalibor sind absolut perfekte Vermieter, die uns sehr nett empfangen haben und uns mit Ausflugs- und Einkaustipps für den Aufenthalt versorgt haben. Bei Ausfall des Internets war Dalibor innerhalb von wenigen Minuten da und hat das Problem gelöst. Zwischendurch kamen Nachfragen, ob wir irgendetwas benötigen. Katja und Dalibor sind äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen dem beiden eine tolle Zeit mit ihrem Nachwuchs.

Talo oli juuri sellainen kuin kuvat olivat. Meitä oli 8 henkeä (6 aikuista ja kaksi lasta; 2- ja 4-vuotiaat) ja tilat palvelivat täydellisesti meidän tarpeitamme. Majoitustilan omistaja vastasi aina todella lyhyellä aikavälillä, kun meillä oli jotain kysyttävää. Lisäksi saimme hyvin nopeasti täydennystä tarvitsemaamme talon varustukseen. Sijainti oli hyvin rauhallisella alueella. Uima-allas kruunasi majoituksen. Voimme lämpimästi suositella taloa!

Casa molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli, molto spaziosa perfetta anche per due famiglie , situata pochi km dal mare (5 min. Wonderful vacation adress

The hosts are very friendly and helpful with all of your questions and issues. The villa was clean and beautiful, just like in the pictures. The city centre is a 15min drive away and provides plenty to do for both day and night activities. The pool and hottub are wonderful and the kitchen and outside-bbq catered to all of our needs.
