The new and modern apartment 'Barbara' extends to 80m² and can accommodate 2 to 5 people. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove with ceramic hob u. Oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and a filter coffee machine. The large living room incl. TV with satellite TV invites you to a cozy get-together. There is also a small children's play area in the living room. When booking 2 people you have 1 room, with 3-5 people - 2 rooms!

Our apartments are furnished with great attention to detail. In total we have three apartments with space for up to 16 people. In the apartments there is a play area for our little guests (except apartment. Nico). We also offer free WiFi. The apartments can be booked individually or together (in the apartment Barbara there is a large dining and living room for up to 16 people. Of course, you can also use the garden and spend a cozy barbecue evening. Enough free parking!

Modern und familiär

Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub im Ötztal sehr genossen. Einen sehr großen Anteil hatte die großzügige, moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nah zu den Skigebieten, nah zur Terme Aquadome. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und kommen gerne wieder...

Volveremos seguro!

Somos una familia con dos niños, de 2 y 5 años y hemos estado alojados 10 días en este fantástico apartamento de 2 dormitorios. El apartamento está situado en un lugar ideal para recorrerse todo el valle de Oetzt. Cerca de todos los servicios y los lugares más importantes. La casa tiene muchos detalles y está decorada con gusto. Tiene todas las comodidades, salen comedor y habitaciones muy amplias y con armarios, baño con bañera y ducha. cocina completamente equipado con lavavajillas microondas, cafetera, cazuelas, todo completo y nuevo. Hemos estado realmente como en casa. Además pusieron a nuestra disposición, cuna de viaje, torna e incluso una silla de paseo en perfecto estado, por si necesitábamos. También pudimos disfrutar de un jardín grande con barbacoa, muebles de jardín y zona de juegos para los niños. Todo muy cuidado. buena conexión a wifi. Casa tranquila con todo el confort necesario para pasar unos días inolvidables. Lo mejor para el final: la anfitriona Barbara es un auténtico encanto. Se preocupa por sus huéspedes y nos dio muy buenos consejos para paseos con los niños, ir a comer, etc... Muy atenta y de gran ayuda, yo chapurreo un poco de alemán, pero en Inglés no hay ningún problema. Nos hemos sentido como parte de la familia. Lo recomendamos al 100. El valle de Oetz es verano, que es cuando fuimos, es un sitio precioso e ideal para familias con niños, hay muchísimas opciones y actividades. Esperamos volver!! Vielen dank Barbara. Schöne Wohnung & super Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung Barbara war für uns (4 Personen: 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) äußerst großzügig geschnitten und funktional eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und alle Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf waren vorhanden. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts vermisst. Ausflugsziele können zu Fuß, mit dem eigenen PKW oder mithilfe des Busses von der nur drei Gehminuten entfernten Bushaltestelle erreicht werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung: Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Perfekte Unterkunft für größere Gruppen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und Hund bei Familie Maurer zu Gast und belegten die beiden großen Wohnungen. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von der Gemütlichkeit und vom Komfort der Wohnungen. Es war wirklich alles da, was man benötigt, gerade wenn man plant, in der großen Gruppe fast jeden Abend zu kochen. Es wurde uns sogar extra noch ein großer Topf zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank auch nochmal hierfür! In der Wohnung Barbara gibt es einen sehr großen, gemütlichen Essraum, der uns als zentraler Punkt diente. Hier haben sich immer alle zum Essen, Plauschen und Spielen versammelt. Ganz besonders gut hat uns auch die perfekte Vorbereitung unseres Grillabends im Garten gefallen. Es war an Ort und Stelle schon alles an Einweggeschirr vorhanden und die Grillplatte wurde eigens für uns vorbereitet. Ausreichend Bierbänke und -tische waren ebenso vorhanden. Wir mussten nur noch das Grillgut und die Salate nach unten bringen. Hinterher war alles flugs aufgeräumt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen Familie Maurer alles Gute! Bis hoffentlich bald!
