Super, erholsamer Urlaub!

Schöne, saubere, moderne und offene Ferienwohnung ( ein großer Bogen zwischen Wohnzimmer und Flur, statt Türen) dadurch ist es luftig, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Super Lage, weg von der Hauptstraße (ruhig, kein Verkehr Lärm) trotzdem zentral, gleich um die Ecke ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt, sehr praktisch und bequem, man kann das Auto einfach stehen lassen. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön, nicht zu klein, praktische Regale, wo man alle Kosmetika abstellen kann. Die Vermieterin ist nett, sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich, dass der Aufenthalt der Gäste möglichst angenehm ist, einfach super! Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen, vielleicht auch mal im Winter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Besser geht eigentlich nicht...

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden was man braucht, vollständig ausgestattet. Einrichtung insgesamt sehr gepflegt, sauber und neuwertig. Großzügige Raumverhältnisse, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Ortskern, Skilift schnell erreichbar. Vermieterin ist sehr nett, antwortet schnell und ist sehr flexibel. Wir wurden sogar informiert, dass es einen Weihnachtsbaum gibt. Wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Falle weiterempfehlen! (... nur nicht zu den Zeiten, in denen wir hoffentlich wiederkommen dürfen -:) Herzliche Grüße aus dem Rheinland an eine Exil-Rheinländerin Henning

Beautiful home away from home nestled in the Alps!

The 4 of us (my spouse and parents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were within walking distance of everything we needed and were in awe at every turn as we took in the beauty that surrounded us. We came in the Summertime, but I'm sure this is equally as enjoyable in ski season. Our host was very gracious and we would definitely stay here again!

Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hell und hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die Berge. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von Oetz. Nur wenige Meter ins Zentrum und zur Skibushaltestelle, von da aus in 3 Minuten bis zur Acherkogelbahn. Oder 15 Minuten Fußweg. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Skiverleih: alles ganz in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sollten wir noch mal nach Oetz fahren, wissen wir schon wo wir wohnen möchten.

Geräumige, freundliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man sich für eine tolle Woche Ski Urlaub vorstellt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und zaubert nach einem sportlichen Tag auf der Piste ein leckeres Abendessen. Die Spühlmaschine erspart nerviges Abspülen. Der Wohnraum ist auch gut geeignet für mehrere Personen. Aber auch für 2 Personen (wie bei uns) optimal und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistugs-Verhältnis Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und Handtüchr, Bettwäsche, etc wurden gestellt. Zum kostenlosen Ski-Bus, zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Meter und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Das Ski-Gebiet Oetz Tal und Kühtai ist sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Wer Lust auf mehr hat, kann für ein paar Euro mehr den Ski Pass inklusive 2 Tage Sölden erweitern. Auch dieses Gebiet ist schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, so dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Very nice ,clean spacious appartment

Kristin and her husband help you with everything to have a nice stay for the 5 nights we stayed . The (almost new) appartment is very nice and spacious. Everthing you need is available. there is a well furnished kitchen and bathroom and 2 nice bedrooms. Everything is clean and tidy and well maintained. Even privacy is ideal due to the way the house is build . We stayed here with our 4 children aged between 14 and 22 years. Supermarket backery , stores, restaurants ,skibuses and the (nice) centre of the village is only 2 minutes walk. The appartment is situated in a calm sidestreet off the mainstreet. Every evening when we finished skiing (acherkogelbahn) we preferred walking back to the appartment (10-15 minutes) instead of goiing by bus . We arrived by plane in Innsbruck and kristin and het husband picked us up and brought us back to the airport which was ideal for us.( 30 minutes drive) You don't need a car at all if you go skiing in Oetztal or Kuhltai.
