Even culinary wishes are left unfulfilled. Whether freshly caught fish from the Scharmützelsee or game specialties from the Brandenburg forests, there is something for every taste in the restaurants in and around the holiday park. The team of the holiday park warmly welcomes you to get to know this beautiful spot.

Ferienhaus schön, aber teuer und Service mangelhaft

Der Ferienpark ist schön angelegt, und das Haus war für unser Familienwochenende mit Oma und Opa super. Im Oktober war die Anlage gefühlt auch nicht voll (obwohl ausgebucht), im Sommer ist das Stückchen Strand sicherlich überfüllt. Es gibt vom Haus leider keinen Blick auf den See, und der Weg direkt an der eigenen Liegewiese und Terasse vorbei ist auch nicht so optimal (es gibt eine 40 cm hohe Hecke.) Wirklich mangelhaft ist die Servicequalität: beim Check-In muß man einen Übergabetermin zwischen 8 Uhr und 10 Uhr für die Abreise vereinbaren, wir haben immerhin noch 9:30 bekommen. Die Bettbezüge im bestellten Wäschepaket waren nicht aufgezogen. Die Preisgestaltung war recht undurchsichtig: Zusatzkosten wie Kurtaxe waren zwar erwähnt, aber in den E-Mails bzw. beim Check-In dann nicht klar ausgewiesen (auf der Schlußrechnung schon). Bei der Abreise haben wir für 2 Tage dann noch saftige Stromkosten (1/10 des Mietpreises) zahlen dürfen (ohne Sauna), da hier offenbar zu hohen Tarifen elektrisch geheizt wird. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende, aber wir würden sicherlich nicht wieder kommen, dafür ist es am Ende viel zu teuer.

Schöne , funktionale Ferienanlage

Schönes Ferienhaus und die entsprechende Umgebung lassen Einen gut Erholen . WLAN Empfang ist absolut nicht akzeptabel , in unserem Fall gleich Null . Ist ausbaufähig !!
