About this property

It is a farm dating from 1906, completely renovated in 1975. The special is the Kamit with old dutch. Tiles. The yard also has a small lake, good for fishing. The farm is located directly on various dirt roads, partly paved, ideal for bicycle tours, especially on the "green border" to Winterswijk and Aalten / Holland. On the neighboring pasture, there are water buffalo to admire; to buy mozzarella cheese and organic eggs in the neighboring farm.

Sehr schön aber auch sehr dreckig

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus gemietet, um mit der Familie (von 20-87 Jahren) einen entspannten Jahreswechsel zu feiern. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Umgebung ruhig und für Spaziergänge geeignet, der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich, aber der Wohnbereich war völlig ungepflegt. Spinnweben nicht nur in den Ecken sondern überall, Zahnpastareste u.ä. in den Waschbecken, Krümel und Essensreste auf den Arbeitsflächen, volle Mülleimer in den Bädern, Dreck auf dem Boden, den Sitzmöbeln...eigentlich überall... Wir hatten trotz des unsauberen Zustands - nach ersten Reinigungsmaßnahmen - eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus, so dass wir trotzdem 3 Sterne vergeben würden.

Total tolle Location 👏😍

Meine Freundinnen und ich haben gemeinsam den JGA einer Freundin gefeiert und uns hat alles top gefallen. Sehr gute und überaus freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber, der uns sogar netterweise vom Bahnhof abgeholt hat. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und konnten alles Nutzen im Haus 🏠. Wir hatten auch das echte Sommerhaus der Stars ⭐️ Feeling, obwohl die eigentliche Einrichtung des Hauses viel schöner nochmal ist als im Fernsehen. Insgesamt top Haus, welches wir überlegen nochmal zu buchen, denn auch mit Kleinkindern war alles machbar für einen Mädelsabend!

Toller Aufenthalt im "Sommerhaus" :)

Lieber Friedrich, unser Aufenthalt in deinem "Sommerhaus der Stars" war nicht zuletzt auch wegen deiner außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft einfach unvergesslich! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Du hast dir Zeit genommen, uns das Haus und die Umgebung zu zeigen, uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge zu geben und sicherzustellen, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Du hast uns spannende Geschichten zum Sommerhaus-Dreh erzählt und wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass wir dich mit unseren neugierigen Fragen nerven ;) Deine warmherzige Art hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich abgerundet. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Ruhe und Stille inmitten der Natur haben uns die perfekte Erholung ermöglicht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Herzliche Grüße, Janice
