The house is situated on sloping terrain. The lowest ceiling height is 120 cm. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Here you can spend the balmy summer evenings with a nice barbecue.
A short drive will take you to the sea and beaches. Novi Vinodolski with its Riviera is a well-known vacation resort in the Kvarner Bay. Numerous historical and sacral sights, wide tourist offer, Mediterranean climate and clean sea make Novi Vinodolski a perfect vacation destination.
