4 bedroom gorgeous home in Oksbøl

Really nice and well furnished cottage with a good and spacious kitchen area with several exits to the terraces of the house.



Look forward to a relaxing vacation stay with the family in this cozy house. The largest of the two bathrooms has a whirlpool bath for four people, where you can relax after an active day. You can also look forward to many relaxing moments in the Finnish wooden bath or in the barrel sauna, which you will find in the garden.



From the beautiful cottage it is only a few minutes walk to a large playground and sports field with bouncy castles, swings, seesaws, mini golf, beach volleyball, soccer and tennis courts, as well as a cafeteria and a store. The place is absolutely perfect for anglers, as there are really good fishing opportunities here. The golf course or the horse riding facility are only about ten kilometers away. The children will enjoy, for example, a trip to Legoland with rides and activities for the whole family or a trip to the cozy market town of Varde, where you can experience, among other things, the world's only hand-built miniature town, a faithful replica of the town of Varde around 1860.

Auf der einen Seite hat dieses Haus viel zu bieten. Großer Standwasserwhirlpoot, schnelles Internet, moderner großer Fernseher, zweites kleines Wohnzimmer,... Auf der anderen Seite ist vieles schon in die Jahre gekommen, sieht nicht mehr schön aus oder sogar defekt. Man hat auch nicht das Gefühl das sich der Besitzer großartig um das Haus kümmert. Wer über leider sehr viele solcher Sachen hinweg sehen kann, bekommt für relativ wenig Geld viel geboten. Preis Leistung stimmt hier also!

Dejligt stort hus i rolige omgivelser. Huset kunne godt trænge til en hovedrengøring, der hænger store spindelsvæv ned fra de 3 ovenlysvinduer i køkken- stuen. Der mangler teskeer og lille urtekniv, plastikskåle er utætte. Spækbrætterne var ikke rengjorte og lugtede af fisk.Manglende danske kanaler på tv, ingen tv 2. Info mappe fra Novasol trænger til en opdatering. Børnevenlig grund med stort legetårn til de mindste.Skønt med extra køleskab-fryse i redskabsrum.

Die Lage ist Super.Das Haus ist wunderschön Die Sauna und der Whirpool drin sind Klasse .Das Fass war irgendwie enttäuschtend für uns. Das müss jeder für sich entscheiden. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde die Preise für Strom Das echt wücher geworden.
