Monthly Rental: This home is located within a short ten-minute walk to UNH and downtown Durham . It features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 50-inch television, 2 bedrooms w/comfortable queen beds, full-sized bathroom w/shower, and downstairs den/workspace. Driveway Parking.
A small studio apt with its own separate entrance is located in the rear of the house. The apt is currently occupied by a two year resident UNH graduate student. A laundry room adjacent to the den is shared with the student.

Mark and Lesley here. As UNH alumni, we purchased this home in 1997 with the intention of providing students, faculty, and visiting family members of UNH a place to stay (long and short-term) when we are not there. We welcome your inquiries.

Located within a 30- 60 minute drive to the seacoast and mountain regions of New Hampshire.
What makes this property unique
A quick walk to the University and downtown area. Walking distance to a grocery store, nearby shops and restaurants. Daily bus line to the surrounding towns of Portsmouth Newmarket, and Dover.
