Tucked into a bend in the San Gabriel River, the community is within a few blocks of restaurants, shops, a gym, and movie theater. It also adjoins the riverfront Rivery Park, which offers playgrounds, a disc golf course, a nature pond, and access to the 25-mile hiking and biking trail, the N. San Gabriel River Trail, which in turn connects to Lake Georgetown, downtown and a variety of city parks and amenities. More highlights include a private elevator and a private rooftop terrace, the perfect place to start the day with coffee or wind down with a glass of wine.

Inside, you’ll find classic brownstone architecture with a Texas touch and Western chic decor throughout. The open-concept living space is great for family time and group meals, and the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, plenty of gadgets, and lots of counter space. At the end of the night, relax in the central AC while you watch a little TV in the living room. Use the in-home WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, or catch up on remote work in the dedicated office space. Dont judge the book by it's cover

Property is nice and in a great area with access to everything you need but the trash was left from a previous renter and it stunk. It also had gnats and flies. Then there was a leak in the ceiling so we had to leave 2 days early. Vacasa was slow in response and unresponsive on the trash issue. Too slow to respond to the ceiling leak in my opinion.
